This Affiliate Agreement is entered into by and between E-Charger System Inc. and the participating Affiliates.

1. Commission Rates

The Affiliate is entitled to receive a commission on sales and investments made through their affiliate link. The commissions are set as follows:

E-Charger System Inc. pays a 10% commission on pre-orders and product sales.

1% commission on investments, payable by E-Charger System Inc.

2. Payment Schedule

Commissions earned by the Affiliate will be paid out on the 15th of every month.

3. Marketing Materials

E-Charger System Inc. will provide the Affiliate with all necessary creative materials, including business cards, flyers, and other promotional tools.

4. Cookie Duration

A 30-day cookie will track Affiliate sales, helping Affiliates close more deals.

5. Terms of Breach

The Affiliate Agreement will be considered breached if any of the following conditions occur:

The Affiliate uses unethical or illegal means of promotion.The Affiliate misrepresents E-Charger System Inc., its products, or services.The use or distribution of SPAM emails or messages by the Affiliate.

6. Breach Consequences

In the event of a breach, E-Charger System Inc. reserves the right to take the following actions:

Immediate termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the program.Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.Legal action against the Affiliate for any damages caused by the breach. This is to ensure the integrity of the E-Charger System Inc. Affiliate program and protect the interests of all parties involved.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the E-Charger System Inc. Affiliate program, the Affiliates agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Breach of any of these terms may result in termination of the Affiliate's participation in the program.This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding the subject matter. All prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, oral or written, are at this moment superseded and terminated.
